Abstract

This collection contains a photograph album with a brown embossed leather cover with the word "Album" stamped in gold on the spine. The album, which has a simple brass clasp, contains 17 portraits size 5 x 7", 26 cartes de visite portraits, and 4 tintypes. Seventeen of the 47 photographs are identified. Most of these studio portraits were produced in Pueblo and other cities in Colorado; some of the portraits were produced by studios in Great Britain.
